(...) The Faculty of Law at the University of Augsburg has been maintaining a very successful cooperation with the George Washington University School of Law for over 15 years. Every year, as a partner university, it offers several interested students from Augsburg the opportunity to spend a semester abroad in the USA. In return, the Faculty of Law invites students from Washington each year to Augsburg for its Summer Program. The George Washington University School of Law was founded in 1865 and is among the top 30 US law schools.
