Curriculum Vitae

Janina Kleine studied Business Administration and Economics (Bachelor of Science) and Business Administration (Master of Science) at the University of Passau. She graduated with a master thesis on the effects of complexity of toolkit tariffs within the service sector on consumers’ price perceptions. Since May 2016, she has been part of the team at the Chair for Value Based Marketing at University of Augsburg.

During her studies Janina Kleine gained work experience in the fields of product management and location policy. She also worked as a student employee in the energy service provider sector.

Her research focuses on competitive channel switching behaviors of consumers.
