VWL get-together 2020
On Wednesday, January 15, 2020, the VWL Institute organized a get-together with professors and lecturers for all Economics and EPP students starting at 7:15 pm in room FW 1101. A short lecture by Prof. Dr. Kerstin Roeder entitled "How the tax system manipulates the bond for life" provided stimulation for discussions. A social exchange took place afterwards with snacks and drinks in the premises of the faculty (FW 2102).
Long Night of Science 2018
On Saturday, May 5, 2018, the "Long Night of Science" took place at the City Hall of Augsburg starting at 6:30 pm.
The Chair of Applied Microeconomics also participated in the program. Prof. Dr. Kerstin Roeder gave a lecture at 9:00 p.m. in the Fürstenzimmer 2 on the topic " Yes I do($)? How Financial Benefits of Marital Splitting Manipulate the Bond for Life".
Bavarian Micro Day 2016
In the summer term 2016, the Bavarian Micro Day was organized for the first time at our university.
On June 24, 2016, professors and research assistants from various Bavarian universities came together to present current research in the field of microeconomics.

A sociable exchange took place afterwards with snacks and drinks in the premises of the faculty (FW 2102).
