MentalStrategies - training series on stress management during your studies (in German)

In seven consecutive units, you will learn short and long-term strategies on how to stay calm and keep an overview even in stressful everyday student life

?

Stress management - autogenic training method - self-management and time management - learning techniques - dealing with exam anxiety

?

The evidence-based anti-stress programme was developed by the Techniker Krankenkasse (TK).

You will receive a certificate of completion from TK if you continue to participate.

Start on Tuesday, November 5, 2024

every Tuesday from 14 pm - 17 pm

ATTENTION: on Tuesday, November 19 long appointment from 12 pm - 18 pm
