Study content:

The interdisciplinary Master's programme in North American Studies at the University of Augsburg (NAS) provides in-depth knowledge of the history, culture and politics of North America, as well as an analytical toolkit for their study. In the culture- and language-related parts of the programme, French and Spanish take their place on an equal footing with English. The interdisciplinary approach provides students with a holistic view of the cultural and social diversity of North America. The participating departments offer closely coordinated courses and give students the opportunity to specialise in a subject that suits their interests.
