Our winter production 2023/24: Two Caryl Churchill shorts

In our winter 2023/24 production, we'll stage two one-act plays by by British dramatist Caryl Churchill:

Escaped Alone and
Here We Go.

Please note: Because of illness, we have had to move our performances to January and February 2024.

The new dates are:

Tue January 30^th, 8 p.m.
Thur February 1^st, 8 p.m.
Sat February 3^rd, 8 p.m.

Performances will take place at H?rsaal II, C building of the University, 5 minutes' walk from the tram stop "University".

Tickets at 10 € / 5 € (concessions) will be on sale at Taschenbuchladen Krüger from Tue Jan 16^th 2024, or can be reserved by sending us an email or accessing a link that will open on Jan 16^th on this website.

Caryl Churchill is one of the best-known contemporary British dramatists. Since the nineteen seventies, she has written widely for the stage, radio, and television. Escaped Alone (2016) and Here We Go (2015) are among her latest plays.?Escaped Alone was described by Guardian critic Susannah Clapp as "an intricate, elliptical, acutely female view of the apocalypse", combining "small talk and everyday terror." Michael Billington called Here We Go "a striking memento mori for an age without faith" and "a chilling reminder of our mortality."
