The FAI Graduate Center offers the workshop?“Introduction to enterpreneurship”?as part of the FAI network for promoting young scientists.

Where:?Computer Science Building, Room 1033N.
The course will be held in English or German, depending on the participants.
Topics:
Entrepreneurship/intrapreneurship: entrepreneurial individuals, their motivation, their cognitions, their decision-making processes, the reasons for success and failure and how they deal with failure
Design thinking: creativity, idea development, business model patterns, problem-solution adaptation
?Business model development: basic concepts, theories, methods and instruments of business model development and innovation as well as their practical application
Business plan/pitch: recognizing and exploiting entrepreneurial opportunities, market analyses, creating and analyzing viable business models and the basics of financial planning
